Hello everyone

I often find myself traveling alone, and along the way I love to stop at interesting places I come across. This time, even though my visit was short because of limited time, I discovered a spot that instantly became one of my favorites. While exploring the small market in Huai Nam Sai Mon Village, I stumbled upon Coffee Mat Café with a gentle stream flowing right beside it. The whole area is beautifully decorated in harmony with its natural surroundings, and of course, there are plenty of lovely corners perfect for photos 📸🍃.

As I stepped inside, I was welcomed by a warm and rustic atmosphere. The café is decorated entirely with natural materials — the roof, walls, tables, and chairs are all made from rattan and bamboo, arranged perfectly to create a cozy and inviting space. It felt simple yet beautiful, blending seamlessly with the surrounding nature 🍃.

Coffee Mat offers two seating areas for visitors. The first is a covered zone with a roof, while the second is right by the stream — the favorite choice for most guests since it brings them closest to nature. In this area, a charming wooden bridge connects the seating spots, allowing visitors to walk around, enjoy the beauty of the surroundings, and of course, take plenty of beautiful photos 📷🌿.

After exploring and taking photos to my heart’s content, my stomach began to remind me it was time to eat. I decided to order Khao Kluk Kapi (shrimp paste fried rice), a classic Thai dish. It didn’t take long before the staff brought it to my table, and it looked absolutely delicious. I wasted no time and started eating right away — and yes, it was truly tasty 😋.

After finishing my meal, before leaving, I took a little more time to snap a few extra photos while enjoying the peaceful beauty of nature around me. It was the perfect way to end my short but memorable visit 📸🍃.

As I left Coffee Mat, I couldn’t help but feel grateful for this little hidden gem I had discovered by chance. Even though my time there was short, the peaceful stream, the natural charm, and the warm atmosphere of the café left a lasting impression on me. It reminded me that sometimes the most memorable journeys come from the unexpected stops along the way 🌿✨.

If you ever find yourself in Suan Phueng, I truly recommend visiting Coffee Mat Café. Whether you want to relax by the water, enjoy delicious local food, or simply take in the calm surroundings, it’s a place that will surely give you a refreshing break from the rush of everyday life 🍃☕.
