Pentris 29 point in the bag

I have just completed a very concentrated game of Pentris and getting 29 points was an interesting experience of spatial patience. I am surprised that the moment I open this game I am amazed at how much more challenging the five block rule is than the four block games that I tend to play. Those 29 points were a highly deliberate attempt to learn the fundamentals of the geometry of the 12 distinct pentominoes until I start losing control of the speed.

My Approach to the 12 Shapes
I have become aware that the greatest obstacle to me is the sheer number of pieces in Pentris. Playing, I am not simply seeking a spot where I can put in a simple L or I piece, I am struggling with intricate forms such as the F, the X and the W. These artworks are heavy and asymmetrical and I believe they do not simply fit into the grid, they must be persuaded. In this 29-point run, I focused on:

Centralizing the Bulk: I made a bid to centralize the shapes of X and T to the centre of my board. I also realized that when I move them close to the walls, I would lose out on areas that I cannot access using other pieces.

Managing the "N" and "P": These are my best since they are more practical and also I employed them to mend the holes made by my earlier and inept placements.

The 29-Point Tactical Grind
I am addressing these 29 points as an exercising session. I did not attempt to play as quickly as possible, but I took my time to rotate each piece to the best location. I discovered that my stack remained low and I was very successful. Although there are 29 points, the board may appear crowded since each piece occupies 25 percent of a standard block.

Thanks for reading my post I'm inviting @juli30, @solperez and @roselove to try out this game.
