30 Point On Pentris
I have recently encountered a game called Pentris and had an extremely intense experience playing it and winning 30 points. Initially, I believed that here I would just get another iteration on the old, block-stacking games that I grew up with, but I soon got to know that Pentris is a whole new game. The most notable detail that I have observed is that, rather than four block Tetrominoes, as I am accustomed to, each separate unit in this game is a Pentomino, or made up of five separate squares.
To me, this transformation, in the amount of blocks (four into five) alters the whole geometry of board. There were 12 distinct figures in the rotation, which is almost twice as many as there are distinctive figures in common games. I was struggling with such shapes as the "X," the "W," the horrible figure of the letter F that simply cannot find its natural place in a thin grid. Since every piece was 25 per cent bigger I could not help seeing my board get filled up at a disturbing rate. It was necessary to discover very swiftly that the slightest miss-placed bit of an N or U, forms jagged mountain-range of gaps, which, with me, are scarcely fillable at all.

The number of 30 points was a big achievement due to the psychological burden attached to it. I was forced to look through rotations in a much more attentive manner than usual. I discovered that without planning in advance the Next piece displayed in the queue I was likely to have a tower of blocks that took me minutes to remove. I needed to remain collected to 30, when the gravity escalated and the pieces were falling ever quicker. I was keen on having a flat surface to enable me to fit the bulky and irregular shapes that continued to emerge.

Each line that I swept was a great battle won. I cannot say I have a higher score anywhere, but I am extremely proud of this result since it shows that I am beginning to master the spatial reasoning needed to solve these five-block monsters. I already cannot wait to have my next round to see whether I will be able to get above 40.
Thanks for reading my post I'm inviting @okere-blessing, @chant and @dobartim to try this game.

🎉 Congratulations!
