Frosty evening

Frosty evening scenes are best shot on the busiest streets (like, in principle, all the others). After all, it is people and machines that create that very atmosphere.

It won't be possible to show frost as a fact on deserted streets.

Or you need to go to a remote village where the stove heating is still preserved and try to film the smoke from the pipes.
