Tuesday Thoughts, Park in Old Rock Photography 011326

While in the city yesterday, I noticed a mom with her two kids knocking on car windows during traffic begging for money. While going home, a mother and her child got inside the bus begging for money too. These people are using their kids to gain sympathy so passengers or car owners will give money. It's illegal yet no one from the authority is doing anything to stop the practice. These beggars (who are from an indigenous group) even do it with the presence of cops. There must be someone behind it, and I do think it's a form of syndicates taking advantage of the less privileged people.

We visited Old Rock where there's a beach, and its own park. It seems deserted though. There are no visitors except us. Probably not the peak season. It's still worth visiting. There's an entrance fee for strolling alone.
