We should be experiencing progress but everything seems regressing in our country. Somewhat, we felt some improvements before COVID-19 came. Now, everything seems worse. Government services are so bad. We have to wait hours for permits. Some things can be done online, but it's not available. Those who have registered and availed of National ID card haven't received them, and it's been years. Infrastructures are so bad, and some projects are either substandard or doesn't even exist despite the "completed" mark in government websites. Not only that, even in private services, there aren't much improvements. Imagine purchasing a meal in a fastfood chain. The price have gone up, but the size of the food became smaller. We're like being fooled.

It was already as we walked around the beachfront. My sister and I had walking exercise there. Such a beautiful view with the lights are already on.
