Но, сперва то земляную грушу надо хорошенько отмыть от земли ибо «груша» она только по названию. А так — корявая ажтрисёт.
Затем, хе-хе... Это всё надо как то почистить.
И лишь потом — варить уже, как обычную картошку. Собственно, топинамбур — это и есть картофель, только без крахмала и немного сладковатый.
Да-да, я в курсе : блюдо надо бы как то дизайнисто украсить...
Но совсем уже лень в дизайн, потому как «сильно кушать хочется» (С).
Топинамбур - это такие кусты с жёлтыми цветами,что вокруг нашего дома растут. В дикой природе (в тайге) у них крупные корни-клубни, как картошка. Можно есть.
Interesting, I wasn't familiar with that species of tuber. I always like learning about interesting things from other latitudes. I did a little research and found out it can grow in various latitudes. And it's related to daisies and sunflowers.
