Hello, my lovely friends!
Waking up this morning, I'm wondering what you'll be making or eating today. As a full-time stay-at-home mom like me, my main duties are taking care of the children and the house, easing the burden on my husband who has to go to work to support the family. In my free time, I relax by doing crafts or watching TV series. Currently, the children are still at home spending time with the family because school isn't open yet. Today, we have something to do, and the children are as happy as ever. Just getting a ride outside the house makes them happy...hehe. So, what are we going to do today? Let's find out! And the story begins right now...

This morning, after waking up and finishing the housework, at 10:00 AM, I had an appointment with my husband from last night to buy fruits and vegetables at the supermarket near our house. But in reality, 10:00 AM was still too early, so we didn't go until almost noon. After having breakfast, we went to the supermarket. Coming early in the morning is great because we get fresh produce and there's a wide selection of vegetables. Some items at this supermarket are also cheap and fresh, but if we come later in the day or in the afternoon/evening, we won't get the good deals. After buying our groceries, we walked around the aisles. The kids got drinks, I got personal hygiene products, and I also bought a sack of rice. There were a lot of people shopping today.

I have to admit, time flies so fast. It's almost 3 PM already. We drove to the gas station to fill up, and then it was time to take the kids for some sweets – specifically, boiled red rice cakes in sugar syrup and fried dough sticks. It was a holiday, so people came from all over. This dessert shop was incredibly busy; it was crowded the whole time I was there. Around 3 PM, we decided to eat our desserts at the shop instead of ordering them to take home.

After finishing our meal, before heading home, we stopped by a lottery shop to try our luck. The tickets we bought were from a legitimate shop opened by the government. Gambling is just gambling, nothing more. If you're lucky, you win; if you're unlucky, you lose your money. The good thing is, you can buy a ticket for just 20 baht. And the prizes displayed were very tempting. Even though we know there's an 89% chance of winning, at least we wanted to try our luck! Hehe.

After everything was finished, it was time to go home and do the housework, which was preparing dinner. While driving, I was thinking about what to cook for the kids. Luckily, I still had some soft tofu in the refrigerator. Today, I wanted to make a simple dish for the kids: stir-fried tofu with minced pork and eggs. This dish is very popular with the kids because it has eggs, tofu, minced pork, and vegetables cut into small, easy-to-eat pieces – it's delicious! In addition, I also have a spicy pork chili paste for the older kids, served with cucumber. Actually, there could be other vegetables to eat with the chili paste, like eggplant, green beans, or boiled leafy greens, but I don't know how to prepare them here, so I usually just eat the chili paste with cucumber. There's also another dish: a simple stir-fried vegetable dish with oyster sauce. And the dish that I have every day is steamed fish with soy sauce, which is my father-in-law's main dish; he eats fish almost every day. As he gets older, we have to take extra special care of him. After finishing cooking, I took the kids out to play in front of the house. We didn't go to the playground today. The kids rode their bikes in front of the house while I helped my husband plant trees, repotting the wilted and yellowed leaves. It was almost 8 PM by the time we finished. The kids were getting hungry, so we ate dinner, got ready, bathed, and went to bed as usual. That's my story for today.
