My subject for today's photography and videography is Handmaiden moth

Where and in what condition did I find this moth? My own information about the Handmaiden moth.

I saw this Handmaiden moth on a leaf when I was passing by my house on a job. It was moving very fast on it. I was very lucky that it did not fly away at that moment and remained still for some time. Therefore, I was able to take several photographs and videography from very close to it. I really like the design of the wings of this Handmaiden moth and they sit in one place for a long time.

The narrow whiskers on their faces seem to be busy collecting nectar from flowers all the time. They have 6 legs and two proboscis. These are male and female moths that mate for a long time. I found another moth on the leaf of a papaya tree in front of my house. I gained a new experience by finding it. That is, they lie down or act like dead when they feel danger.
When I saw another moth, I went to take a photograph of it and it was fine, but when I touched its body, it suddenly started acting like it was dead. At first, I thought that my touch was too strong, so it must have become sick. But after a while, it started moving again. I then realized that they act dead when they see danger.

The wingspan of the moth is 34 mm. The face and collar are yellow and the metathorax has a yellow stripe. There is a yellow stripe on the first abdominal segment, which is sometimes absent. The spots on the forewings vary considerably in shape. The abdomen of the male is narrower and longer than that of the female.
