| Mehedi Pickle House |
A few days ago, I visited the Kholahati Small and Cottage Industry Fair just to look around and enjoy the atmosphere. While exploring, I found a very beautiful pickle shop named Mehedi Pickle House. It had a big crowd, and people seemed very interested in their products. Seeing that, I realized this shop had become one of the most popular ones in the fair. So I decided to check it out myself, bought some pickles, and today I want to share the full details with all of you.

| Tamarind Pickle |
The first pickle you see here is Tamarind Pickle. This one is very popular especially among girls though I donāt really know why. Tamarind pickle is often used in different dishes, and even while eating snacks like fuchka or chotpoti. It adds a delicious sour taste and is loved by many.

| Elephant Apple Pickle (Chalta) |
Another very popular pickle is Chalta Pickle . It tastes amazing a mix of sweet, sour, and spicy flavors. These are made in a way that attracts buyers and keeps them coming back for more.

| Chili Pickle |
Hereās Chili Pickle. Honestly, I had never seen or tasted chili pickle before. This was my first time seeing it at this fair. Many people love spicy food, but I wonder how many would actually enjoy this type of pickle. Let me know what you think about it in the comments.

| Peanut Pickle |
This one is Peanut Pickle. I found many unique pickle varieties in this shop that I havenāt seen anywhere else before. The peanuts looked very tempting, but for some reason, I didnāt taste this one maybe next time.

| Ground Chili Pickle |
I was quite excited while taking photos of these pickles. They looked so colorful and tasty that I couldnāt resist buying a few. This one is Ground Chili Pickle and it seemed a bit spicy. They even decorated it with cherry fruits, which made it look extra attractive.

| Boroi Pickle |
Boroi is a very popular fruit in our country. Itās used to make many types of pickles and tastes delicious especially the sour ones. Thatās why this pickle is also a favorite for many people.

| Mango Bar (Amsotto) |
This one is called Amsotto, made from mango. After being prepared, itās cut into small pieces and stored for a long time. Itās sweet, tangy, and very enjoyable to eat.

These are also Amsotto, but in a flat form like bread. They havenāt been cut into pieces yet. Even though Iāve seen mango bars before, the ones here at Mehedi Pickle House felt quite unique.

| Liquid Mango Bar |
This version of Amsotto is softer and almost liquid in texture. Since itās made from mango, itās a favorite for mango lovers like me!

| Garlic Pickle |
Garlic is very healthy and full of nutrients. At the fair, I was surprised to find Garlic Pickle too. It looked tasty, and I bought a small amount to try at home.

The shop is nicely managed by two staff members. They serve customers with great care and sell different kinds of pickles that suit everyoneās taste. Itās clear that their friendly service and unique items help them win customersā hearts and grow their business successfully.
