The name of this shop is Mizan Store. It is located in the New Market area of Parbatipur town. Normally, the shop stays open from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, but currently it operates from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Structure, Environment & Decoration

This shop was established a few years ago. Even though it is not very old, I found it quite clean and well-maintained. Customers feel comfortable coming here to buy daily necessities.

One thing I really liked is the decoration. Every product is arranged in a specific place in an organized way. Because of this, it looks neat and customers can easily find what they need. I think the owner has done a great job in organizing the shop smartly.

Since this is a grocery shop, good customer service is very important. The owner and staff try to behave politely with all customers. I noticed that they are friendly and helpful.

In my opinion, good behavior is one of the most important things for a business. If customers are treated badly, they may not come back again. So maintaining a good relationship with customers is very important for business growth.

Other facilities

I did not see many extra facilities in this shop. There is no CCTV camera for security, and there is very limited space in front of the shop, so parking is difficult.

However, compared to other shops, the prices here are slightly lower, which attracts customers. If the shop improves its security and parking system, it can become even better.

Overall Experience

My overall experience at this shop was good. The business is run by the owner along with a few employees. There are plenty of grocery items available, and everything is clean and well-organized.

Although the security and parking system are not good, I really liked the decoration and cleanliness. I believe this shop has the potential to grow more and become even more popular in the future.
