Today I’m going to share some information about a restaurant I recently visited. The restaurant’s name is Kazi Farms Kitchen, and it’s located in my nearby city, Saidpur. Let's know about this restaurant.
Location & Accessibility
Kazi Farms Kitchen is one of the most popular restaurants in Saidpur town. It’s located on the main road that connects the airport to the city center, one of the busiest and most accessible roads in the area. Its position right beside the highway makes it easy to find and convenient for anyone traveling through this route.

There are more than 150 Kazi Farms Kitchen outlets across Bangladesh, and having one here in Saidpur allows us to enjoy their franchise-quality fast food items without going to a bigger city.
Structure & Environment
This small restaurant has a simple yet pleasant interior. It’s not overly fancy, but it’s neat, organized, and gives a comfortable vibe. The lighting inside is warm, and the tables and chairs are quite cozy.

The walls are decorated with food photos, prices, and the Kazi Farms Kitchen logo, giving it a branded, tidy look. On each table, there’s a small basket with cold drinks and a bottle of water, and customers can easily take extra bottles if needed.

Although the restaurant has air conditioning, I found the number of fans to be a bit limited. Still, the environment overall felt good and relaxing.
Food Menu & Pricing
The food menu here isn’t huge, but it covers the most popular fast food items like burgers, French fries, rice noodles, hot wings, drumsticks, spicy chicken, crispy chicken, nuggets, lollipops, meatballs, cold coffee, milkshakes, and pizza.

Prices are quite reasonable compared to other fast food outlets. Apart from cooked meals, you can also buy Kazi Farms’ own branded frozen food products from two deep freezers placed at the front of the shop.

However, as with all processed frozen items, they’re not the healthiest choice. But you can try once or twice. I think making it a habit to eat these kinds of fast foods or frozen items wouldn’t be a good idea. You’ll also find ice cream and soft drinks available here.

Taste & Quality

I’ve been a fan of Kazi Farms’ food for quite a while. Although I think the taste and quality have slightly dropped recently, they still try to maintain decent standards.

I tried the chicken burger and crispy chicken and both of which were really good. But note that sometimes all menu items aren’t available, so it’s better to ask what’s currently being served before ordering.

The crispy chicken was fresh and crunchy, while the burger was a bit soft and warm. Though the burger was not extraordinary, the overall presentation and hygiene were impressive.
Staff & Service
The restaurant doesn’t have many staff members, but the ones there were polite, helpful, and professional. They take orders quickly and serve with a friendly attitude.

However, our food (four burgers and four crispy chickens) took around 30 minutes to arrive. I wish the serving time was a bit faster, but apart from that, the service was fine.

I really liked the payment system here. Apart from cash, they also accept mobile banking services like bKash, which is super convenient. Since Kazi Farms Kitchen is a nationwide franchise, they’ve adopted digital payment options to make it easier for customers who prefer not to carry cash.
Other Facilities
There are a few extra facilities that make dining here more comfortable:

Although there’s no dedicated parking space, you can still park a few bikes or bicycles nearby. The restaurant has air conditioning, which makes it pleasant during hot weather. Takeaway service is also available if you’d like to enjoy your food at home.

I also noticed a fire extinguisher placed inside for safety, which is a good sign that the restaurant maintains basic safety measures.
Value for Money
Considering the price and quality, I’d say this restaurant offers good value for money. The crispy chicken was especially satisfying. Still, they could slightly improve food quality to reach their previous standards.
Overall Experience
My overall experience at Kazi Farms Kitchen was quite positive. The taste, service, and environment all felt satisfying. I am sharing some pros and cons of this restaurant to give you a better understanding.
Pros:
- Clean and pleasant atmosphere
- Good food quality
- Online payment available
- Packaged frozen food also sold here
- Reasonable pricing
Cons:
- Very small restaurant space
- Few fans
- Limited menu options
- Slow serving time
In my opinion, the restaurant still provides a decent service even though new fast food shops in Saidpur have increased competition. Maybe that’s why they slightly compromised on quality, or perhaps other factors are at play.
Still, they’ve managed to sustain their business for years, which says something about their consistency. It’s a nice place to sit and enjoy food with family, friends, or colleagues and I’d definitely recommend giving it a try.
