&soul

I went to a totally gorgeous event at the &soul community last week. I got there just in time for the sound bath and then got to enjoy the facilities… an outside sauna and cold plunge on the balcony and a teepee with a fire where you could go to have cosy chats. I went with a couple of friends but also met some great new people there. I also grabbed a coffee and one of their dragon fruit raw slices.

They also had some stalls selling art, jewellery and clothes.

After there were a number of bands and artists playing and everyone got up to dance.
