Mouse tails

I’m a huge animal lover and I can’t bare to let any animal suffer. My cat bought this little thing in off the balcony. It took me ages to catch it as initially it ran off as I was too slow to contain it but my cat caught it again 🫣 I do not know how she is so good at it as she’s only ever been a house cat and her breed have never even had to fend for themselves as all Devon’s are house cats.

Second time it was more stunned so I managed to catch it easier in a cup and put it in this little box. After a bit of time it perked up a little bit and was moving around quite well. Once being in a cats mouth tho they must get antibiotics so I took it down to the south Essex wildlife centre with a little donation.

I ended up having it in my car for quite a while and I got quite attached to it… almost ended up with a new pet!! But it wouldn’t be a good mix. I hope he / she recovers ok and gets to go on and live its best mouse life.
