Snow today!!

We had snow today! I felt really sorry for all the ducks and birds on the icy canal, I think I’m going to go back out later with some bird and duck food and more of a conscious effort to feed the little ducks.

I can’t keep up with my birds they wipe out my feeder within a couple of hours!

After Ariel today I tried this cute little Italian cafe today and the lady was so sweet and gave me a vegan croissant. I am incredibly strict with my diet and lifestyle and don’t eat sugar, wheat, dairy, or really any processed foods I am mostly raw vegan but I saw it as a sign from the universe to maybe not be quite so regimented and that perhaps I should learn to be open to the odd ‘unhealthy’ thing now I’ve got my health mostly under control. I also found a free acupressure mat on caring is sharing, I thought about getting one of these before so was nice to find a free one and another much needed thing after so many difficult workouts this week, if actually felt really nice.
