Have you ever wondered if someone would consciously wish to come to a bad situation?

You could say ... "It is obvious that nobody wanted something bad for himself". But today, I will show you why the opposite happens to people, and how to avoid this big problem, to effectively take control of our lives.

There are basically 2 levels in which we can meet at certain times:

Conscious level
Unconscious level

And based on which of them we are, our life will be totally controllable by us, or it will become a flight with the autopilot on.

There are moments in our lives, in which we have to make important decisions, and we are just at a level of unconsciousness, so that the subsequent results-fruit of making those decisions-are not very desirable to say.

In other words, we could say that although we have the illusion that we control our lives completely, in reality most of the eventualities we face without thinking much about what we do or do not do.

This is why a person when he begins his life alone, for example, after a while begins to gain weight, without knowing why. If this person, gets a job, begins to acquire certain habits, whether spending, food or behavior, which inevitably lead to a dead end.

From one moment to the next, he realizes that his life is really bad, and he can not even imagine when that happened.

Now, taking the initial concept, what do you think happened?

What really happened was that our character experienced many moments of unconsciousness, in which he faced different important decisions. Before his eyes, these decisions did not really happen, but were a consequence of the eventualities in his life.

But from an external and objective point of view, it is easy to elucidate that his lack of conscious analysis led him to adopt a lifestyle by default, or a routine that he simply accepted in a conformist manner.

What could be the solution?
The solution to this and many other problems is really one:

Create and structure correctly A Good Plan
Nobody has gone bankrupt, for having planned it that way. No one has made a plan, to be ruined.

Those who come to these sad situations of life, are those who just have not decided to take the time and dedication to develop a good plan and structure a series of steps they can follow, to meet goals, goals and dreams.

In your hands is the real solution, which is that from now on, in all areas of your life, you know exactly what you want to do and how you would carry it out.

There are - of course - different ways to create and structure plans correctly, but the important thing is that instead of worrying about how difficult this could be, start with something simple.

Create a plan that you can follow this week, to achieve some simple and small goal. And later he sees increasing difficulty and complexity.

If you adopt a planned lifestyle, instead of a lifestyle on autopilot, you will be in full control of your achievements and success will be a fundamental part of your life. Not doing it will inevitably lead you to be an average person.

Which road do you choose?
