The essence is this:
STEEMIT_MIN_ROOT_COMMENT_INTERVAL:
You may only post once every 5 minutes.
Your previous post was at 6:24pm.
Than you were trying to post another thing at 6:28pm only 4 minutes after.
As all the posts, comments, upvotes etc. registered in the steem blockchain, I guess this rule protecting the blockchain from someone trying to flood it with great amount of spam.

Oups, didnt notice that! Its actually funny, because after the error i posted something else immediately and worked, so i thought there was no issue with the time, but disregarded that i could be just between the 'time windows'.
The next version I'm working on will make the error message stand out a bit more, instead of being lost in a sea of text.
