Well really, suppose that my vote worths $0.01, it will worth $0.4???? I do not understand the logic, and does it mean the whales have less control over the community? But I guess there won't be much difference, as their voting power is a lot more than us.
Yes earlier the voting power was 0.5 % now it will turn to 2% so there is an increase in the payment as well
