- The man should not be knocking if he thought it to be his room.
- The waiter should have brought a new cup then took the cup with the fly. But he took the cup and then brought the same cup.
- I figured out 2 conditions. If it was a suicide the man should've done it from front and he should not have collapsed against the desk. Or the recorder would have been still on till the detective reached the crime scene.
- The man arrived at the crime scene without address.
