Hi everyone, I hope you are all well. I am going to teach you how to make very great and natural snacks in 28 seasons, which you can make at home and they will also have herbal benefits.

Snacks are used in every home. Children, old people, young people, men and women all eat them with great enthusiasm. But these snacks that are available in the market are made using chemicals and poor quality ghee is used to fry them.

Therefore, instead of benefiting your health, they harm you. So, I, your herbalist, am bringing you homemade snacks this time. I hope that you will make them and enjoy eating them and will also get herbal benefits because herbs will also be used in it, which have a lot of health benefits and fresh ghee or mustard oil will be used in it for frying.

Now I am running my clinic and dealing with the patients. I am certified Food Cure Expert. I am a certified Hikeem - e Inqlab Council for Hikmat Pakistan. The National Council For Tib, Government of Pakistan has verified me as a Tabib. Moreover I am qualified dispenser.

Week 1 – Snack from Moong Beans

  • Adding herbs like coriander, mint, and ajwain.

  • Combining potatoes with herbal seasonings.
  • Replacing synthetic sauces with herbal chutneys.
  • Understanding balancing of starch and herbs.

Week 5 – Snack from Wheat Flour

  • Making herbal baked or pan-fried crackers.
  • Adding dried herbs like basil, or ajwain.
  • Learning how herbs preserve flavour naturally.

Week 6 – Snack from Rice

  • Creating light herbal snacks from leftover rice.
  • Using herbs like curry leaves, coriander, and turmeric.
  • Promoting zero waste and creative healthy eating.
