Dear friends, I hope everyone is doing well. I am also, Alhamdulillah, doing well by the grace of Allah. Today, I am going to apply for the Steemit Challenge Season 28 Application provided by the Steemit team. Once again, the authorities are providing an opportunity for skilled and valuable contests for Season 28, just like every time before. They have been continually engaged in this work. As a teacher, I have sufficient knowledge of students' psychological thought processes and how to attract their attention. In this context, I am applying for Season 28 titled 'Mind & Learn: The Psychology Journey.'
I am a teacher, and I joined this platform in December of the past year. I have been continuing that work till today, expressing my qualifications on this platform and also serving as a curator while fulfilling responsibilities in various communities. At the same time, I am maintaining my own activities. Before this, I have applied for the Steemit challenge several times. This time, I am applying with a new topic.

Mind and learn: the psychology journey This is a mental health development and educational initiative. Each person's thoughts and reflections are different, and everyone faces extreme unbearable situations and experiences depression at some point in life. Keeping all of this in mind, I have started this contest, and I hope you will not hesitate to participate. I also hope that all the bad situations in life will one day transform into good.
Note :- I have presented the themes and tasks for 6 weeks below, every week detailed learning will be provided about each task, accordingly the readers will read and learn, and will complete the tasks.

- Task number 1: Journaling, write your emotions and negative thoughts in a diary, express your thoughts.
- Task number 2: Mind setup, take a favorite book, continue reading on a topic and write in detail about that topic after finishing the reading. Let us know what book you are reading and take a picture.
- Task number 3: There will be a short story, read the story and express your own thoughts.
- Task number 4: Create an infographic on the five steps of emotion control.

- Task number 2: - Share any creative activity, such as painting, writing poetry, or crafting.
- Task number 3: - There will be a short story, read the story and express your own feelings.
- Task number 4: - Create an infographic about the 6 steps of stress relief.

- Task number 1: - Describe your techniques for controlling anger and emotions. What is your reaction in that moment when you get excessively angry?
- Task number 2: - Perform a progressive muscle relaxation exercise, record a video, and write in detail how effective it is for you.
- Task number 3: - There will be a short story, read the story and express your own thoughts.
- Task number 4: - Create an infographic on the five steps of anger control.

- Task number 4: Create an infographic on the five steps of phobia control.

- Task number 1: Write journaling, note down the good things that have happened to you in three days, and share them.
- Task number 2: Choose an activity that will help you overcome depression, such as planting trees, going to a restaurant, or visiting a nice place, take pictures and share your experience.
- Task number 3: There will be a short story, read the story and convey your own thoughts.
- Task number 4: Create an infographic about the five steps to overcome depression.

- Task number 1: Share your experience about how effective the psychological counseling sessions were for you in the past week.
- Task number 2: Discuss in detail what problems and good aspects you have understood, and what strategies you are adopting to solve the problems.
- Task number 3: There will be a short story; read the story and express your own thoughts.
- Task number 4: Create an infographic on the five steps of self examination.
It will help you recognize yourself and be compassionate towards yourself.
It will help overcome depression and become stronger mentally.
It will assist in skill development.
Participants will gain confidence by sharing various experiences.
It will help understand one's thoughts, solve problems, and make the right decisions.
I will evaluate the writings of all participants and provide appropriate guidance.
The entries of the participants will be verified in the same manner for a duration of 6 weeks. First, the verification of entries, checking for AI plagiarism, assigning marks based on each task, and evaluating their entries out of 10 marks. Providing suggestions and observations in the comments based on the quality of the post, as illustrated below.
