AFRICA'S FIRST BLOCKCHAIN CHARITY ORGANISATION, HUMANE GIVES LUTH KIDS A REASON TO SMILE
We all have come to see the festive periods; especially Christmas, as a time to be with loved ones, families and friends. We all come together in good health and celebrate a year well spent, recounting some wonderful experiences that most or some of us partook in, during the course of the year.
In Nigeria, Christmas is the one-time; asides family wedding and funerals, that most families gather the extended family in one place at the same time. There is always so much fun to be had with cousins and relatives you never even knew existed. The kids obviously enjoy this festive season a lot especially because they are on the receiving end. The adults, on the other hand, enjoy a bit and it definitely tells in their pockets.
Amidst all these feeling of gaiety being thrown around, we have people amongst us who aren't plugged into the fun for reasons beyond their immediate control.
HUMANE & THE LAGOS STATE UNIVERSITY TEACHING HOSPITAL
HUMANE IMPACT INITIATIVE has always been about bringing succour to the underprivileged ones, this was one of the driving factors that brought the sick children at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital to our hearts at HUMANE.
We decided to partner with myReality Unplugged headed by Dr Babayemi Osinaike, a consultant Paediatrician in LUTH (Lagos University Teaching Hospital), to give these children a befitting Christmas in the only way we know possible.

The joy we saw come alive in these kids was worth all the effort and time we put in. The Lagos State University Teaching Hospital was most receptive of us and we are eternally grateful to them.
These kids had a reason to celebrate Christmas and we were able to make that happen.
