Changing Lives Starts with a Bed: Help Us Build a Dormitory for Children in Kenya

In our small community school in Nairobi, Kenya, we are raising children who have already faced so much in life.
Some are orphans.
Some come from families that cannot meet basic needs.
And every night, a painful reality returns…
Some children share one bed.
Others sleep without a mattress.
This is not just uncomfortable—it affects their health, dignity, and ability to learn.
💔 The Problem
Many of the children in our care live in overcrowded and unsafe sleeping conditions. Without proper rest, they struggle to concentrate in school and maintain good health.
🏗️ Our Solution
We are working to construct and equip a simple dormitory where these children can:
Sleep safely
Rest properly
Wake up ready to learn and dream again
💰 Funding Goal
We are seeking:
17,000 SBD (approximately $17,000 USD)
This will cover:
Dormitory construction
Beds and mattresses
Bedding and basic setup
We are also open to partial support to begin the project in phases.
