Ha! Yes, what we think are simple processes in can be torturously confusing in China. I still love the place though. I'm an occasional visitor to China. My friends give me Wechat money in exchange for cash, so it works out fine without a bank account. :)
Interesting. How does WeChat Pay work without a Chinese bank account? I didn't find any option to do so except having a Chinese ID Card. Do you have one?
