The real history of December 25th, Christmas is Mithras birthday

I wonder if Trump would ever consider replacing Jesus with an authentic American religion instead of one imported from the Middle East? Do you think that would help make America great again?

The story of Jesus is older than you might think. Before Jesus was written into the book of myths, there were older gods, also born on December 25th, for example Mithras, whose stories and super natural powers are almost identical.

So on Christmas, it's good to remember the historical origins. Everybody knows that history is recorded by the victors. The modern tradition of Christmas replaced the historical tradition of Mithras after Christians destroyed the Church of Mithras during those political power struggles. Religion after all is just organisation of political power by providing narratives to 'believers' that are searching for 'meaning' in their lives. On Dec 25th I like to remember the history and try to spread awareness of it. My hope is by spreading the knowledge will create the understanding that all people, atheists and religious people, can come together in the spirit of love, hope and peace.
