Alfredo lost both his eyesight and became blind as a result of a fire in the projection room overnight. Cinema Paradiso is renovated. And Toto became Cinema Paradiso's new projectionist.

Alfredo and Toto have a strange anonymous relationship. They are not relatives and they have no blood relationship. Through movie scenes and dialogues, they begin to realize both reality and fantasy. Totto obeys Alfredo's advice. They help each other in every moment of their lives.

Toto gets full support for his love poem from his friend Alfredo. Alfredo tells various fairy tales to make him confident. Inspired by that, Toto offers Elena his love. Although Elena agrees, their love affair continues in the swing of destiny. They both deal with their confidence as they choose to embark on their play activities. On that day no one will be able to stop them.
