Idea: Runners for Water from Springs

I just had an idea about water for places like Flint Michigan whose tap water is deadly. And other industrialized places. What if we locate springs (the website below), and then call for volunteer runners to carry water from the springs to the ppl? The springs are deep. Look at all the springs in Michigan below. Huge number. If we don’t use volunteer runners to gather the water and transport it we risk the monetization of it, and potential contamination for profit. Important to keep it out of markets. To consider it sacred.
