Meat Heaven at The Brazilian Restaurant "Nabrasa" / 巴西烤肉餐厅

This Friday night gone, my friend took me to a traditional Brazilian restaurant called Nabrasa. Their speciality is a variety of barbecue meats including beef, chicken and lamb, accompanied by fresh salad and side dishes. The all-you-can-eat meats carved right at your table was indeed a unique and enjoyable dining experience! So I was pretty excited to share this with my steemian friends here.

The restaurant is located in Uxbridge right next to the main bus depot. The restaurant décor is quite simply and minimalist. Not a place I would recommend for fine dining, as it’s more suited to a café styled theme.

The concept is that you basically help yourself to a salad bar with plenty of choices of both hot and cold dishes. The waiters comes to your table with various meats on skewers which they then slice at the table for you. It is unlimited meat so you could have as much as you want! Just the way I like it!

The gourmet salad bar is not just an ordinary salad bar. It also comes with traditional Brazilian hot dishes like chicken coxinha, banana fritters, rice, even lasagna and chips! Some lovely choices we have here and you can visit the bar as often as you like.

Apart from the roast vegetables, I particularly enjoyed the cheese fritters as it literally melted in your mouth, it was so tasty. In fact, I could personally have eaten nothing but just that, lol. However, my advice is to not fill yourself up just on this section alone but leave some space for the various selection of meat on their way!

Now for the barbecue meat! This is how it works. There are coasters set next to your plate which are green on one side and red on the other. If you flip your coaster facing green side up, it means that you are ready to start table service. A selection of cuts of meat mixed between beef, lamb or chicken will be continuously served to your table by the staff making the rounds through the restaurant. If you turn the coaster facing on red side, it means you are letting it digest in your belly so hold off on further servings for now. A great concept, I just loved it, lol.

Servers continually turn up with lovely spicy skewered meat. There were lots of variety on offer and all were beautifully cooked and perfectly cooked. Simply amazing!

I tried two types of chicken, the garlic flavoured and a spicy one. Both were succulent and soft to the cut. Beef came in both the rump and rib selections, with the meat dripping was juicy tenderness. Though my favourites were the different cuts of the lamb. The meat was so tasty, with a slightly smoked charcoal flavour! Combined with smooth natural yoghurt, it creates a veritable taste sensation!

The meats just kept on coming and they were superb. Unlimited heaven if you are a meat lover. It doesn't get much better than this, lol!

An absolute delight and one of the best ways to finish up was to the pineapple skewers. To add some extra "delish", it was smothered in cinnamon whilst still warm. Super yummy!

The service was also great, with all staff members always smiling and friendly. The price for the barbecue buffet was £22.50 per person, which I consider pretty good value considering what you get in return.

If you love meat, I would recommend Nabrasa in a heartbeat as top quality meat is served almost non-stop! Amazing food, cooked beautifully! Try it as I'm sure you won’t regret your decision to come here!

上周五晚上，我的朋友带我去了一家非常正宗纯正的巴西餐厅，名叫Nabrasa。他们家的特色烤肉十分美味，包括鸡肉，牛肉和羊肉，并配以新鲜沙拉和拌菜。我和朋友吃得非常满足并度过了一个愉快的夜晚。所以我想在这里与大家分享一下，呵呵。

Nabrasa位于Uxbridge 主街道的公共汽车站旁边。餐厅内部装饰简约干净，给人很清爽的感觉。在我看来，这里更具咖啡馆风格。

想必不少朋友也品尝过类似的巴西烤肉自助餐厅吧！这家也不例外，服务员会托着穿在钢钎子上的大块烤肉来到你的桌上为你切片。除了提供烤肉系列的食物，也有为素食者准备的沙拉吧（Salad Bar）。

这里的沙拉吧可不是普通的沙拉吧哦，它除了各式沙拉，米饭，烤蔬菜，还包括了不少传统的巴西小吃。我尤其喜欢炸芝士条，一口咬下去就融化在嘴里，超好吃。大家看看以下图片就知道了，样样色香味俱全。单单这个，我就能吃饱! 不过，我建议大家还是留一点空间给接下来的烤肉部分，呵呵！

在每张桌子上都有双面的杯垫卡，正面是绿色，反面是红色。如果你想继续加肉就把杯垫卡印有 “Yes, please”的绿色面朝上；如果吃饱了要歇一歇，就翻到 “No, Thanks”的红色面，侍应生就不会给你加肉了。

Nabrasa的烤肉系列蛮丰富的，每一种都很美味，就我这食量，全部尝一遍大概也就饱了，呵呵！

首先来到我们桌上的是香喷喷的蒜香鸡和香辣鸡。两款都不会烤得太干，辣鸡很入味，而蒜香鸡带着淡淡的蒜香味道，非常醉人！

牛肉选用的是臀肉和牛仔骨肉，肥瘦相间，外皮焦脆而中间部分的牛肉多汁浓厚，口感非常好。我个人最爱是羊肉！捎带炭烧味道的表皮，里面的羊肉却很柔嫩，味道相当不错！

烤肉不断地送到我们桌上，我和朋友都吃得好饱！如果你是吃肉一族，这里简直就是天堂，哈哈！

最后压轴的是香喷喷的肉桂蜂蜜烤菠萝，大家可不要错过哦！我一直钟情于菠萝那浓郁的香味，这烤过的菠萝更好吃。一口咬下去，一股暖暖的甘甜汁水溢出，好吃得让我停不下口来！

这家店服务很到位，侍应生们不但哥哥笑容满面，效率也特高。烤肉自助餐的消费是每人22.50英镑外加饮料。在伦敦这个价格还算可以，不会太贵。
