Today I would like to bring you to a "SEAFOOD Paradise" — Sydney Fish market!!! This is one of the famous travel attractions in Sydney, Must on your TO-DO list when you visit Sydney XD

今天，我想帶你去個海鮮天堂 – "悉尼魚市場"。這是悉尼其中一個著名的旅遊勝地，一定要放在你這趟旅程的必去點。

Sydney Fish Market is the largest seafood market in southern hemisphere, and the third largest market in the world! This market offers the greatest range of seafood from Australia and overseas; there is an auction every morning at 5:30am (except public holidays) for the buyers to bid the most freshness seafood for their business. There are around 350 active buyers, they have to be registered in advanced in order to join the bid. Normally the market can sell 50 tonnes of seafood every day which is over 100 different species in a day.

悉尼魚市場是在南澳最大的魚市場，亦是世界上第三大的魚市場。這裡提供最多樣的海鮮，由澳洲到海外都一應俱全。海鮮拍賣是每朝 5:30am (公眾假期除外) 給買家去投入最生猛的海鮮。這裡有約 350 個活躍買家，他們必須預先登記才可參與競投。基本上，市場每日會賣出 50 公噸海鮮，即超過100 種不同種類的海鮮。

Apart from seafood retail market, this market also incorporates with different retailers such as fish Market, vegetables shop, sushi bar, bakery, fruit shops, grocery store etc. There is a huge outdoor promenade and a large piece of grass for visitors to enjoy the seafood or have a picnic; it’s such a great place for chill or gathering.

除了海鮮零售市場外，這裡還有其他不同種類的零售商，例如: 魚市場、菜市場、壽司店、麵包店、水果店及雜貨店等等。這裡有一個大型戶外的漫步場所及一大片綠油油的草地，遊客可以在此享受美味海鮮及野餐。絶對是個給人放鬆及聚會的好地方。

I have been this market twice as I am a SEAFOOD LOVER!!! First time in the early morning with family while the second time with friends for late lunch, still have lots to explore and try actually. Try not to go at noon as there are lots of tours, it is super crowed. People in there will really eat one dozen of oysters for their breakfast, NOT JOKING! I know it sounds a bit CRAZY but actually it is possible, I tried and it is super FRESH & DELICIOUS!! XD

身為海鮮愛好者，我去過這魚市場2 次。第一次，我和家人在大清早去的;第二次，我則和朋友一起享用午餐，當然還有很多可探索和嘗試的地方。試試不要在中午過去，因那時特別多遊客聚集。不是開玩笑，那裡的人會點一打生蠔作早餐! 我知道聽起來有點瘋狂，但我確實有做過這樣的事情。那裡的生蠔，的確非常新鮮美味! XD

How can we ensure that the oyster is FRESH and LIVE?? The seller will actually demonstrate the oyster shucking in front of the customers. They can shuck around 20 oysters in one minute, super professional and efficient!!

怎能確保生蠔是新鮮及活著的? 售賣者會在顧客面前親自示範從生蠔外殼拔出生蠔肉，他們能夠在 1 分鐘取出約 20 隻生蠔肉，十分專業及有效率。

Another highlight of this Seafood Market is "Cooked to Order"!! You can select your seafood and then let the seller know how you would like it to be cooked eg. steam, deep fried or baked , they will cook it immediately, it takes around 30 minutes unless it is public holiday and peak time, it will take slightly longer.

另一亮點是這裡可以「即點即煮」! 你可以揀選喜歡的海鮮及讓售賣者知道你會喜歡怎樣烹調，例如：蒸、炒及焗。他們會馬上為你焗製，除非是公眾假期及繁忙時間，否則大約 30 分鐘內焗製完成。

This time I tried the baked Scallops with cheese and pepper as well as the garlic crabs, it’s absolutely DELICIOUS and FABULOUS, definitely another "MUST TRY" items!!

這次我嚐試了芝士胡椒焗扇貝及蒜頭炒蟹，非常好吃! 絕對是「必食」的菜式。

For the one who don’t want to wait or already starving, “Cooked food” or “Sushi” is another option for you. You can try the signature dish in Australia “Fish and Chips”, that’s also my first meal when I arrived Melbourne XD. If it is too oily for you, then try the fresh raw sashimi in the sushi bar, OISHI~~

對一些沒耐性等待或餓到腳軟的人來說，「已烹調好的食物」或「壽司」是你另一選擇。你可試試當地的特色菜「炸魚薯條」，這是我來到墨爾本品嚐的首道菜式 XD 如果這道菜對你來說太油膩，可在壽司部試食最新鮮的刺身，OISHI!

There are tons of seafood you can try in here, if I come back with more friends next time, we will definitely try the Lobster below, it looks so attractive even we haven’t tasted it.
