This is isn't the dalgona coffee- but quite similar. The only difference is that it didn't use any sugar since I don't like my morning coffee low carb, unless it's a 'I don't care about carbs day's, then I add some sweetener (that has carbs) to my coffee.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of warm water
  • 1 tablespoon of instant coffee
  • soy milk or any milk available
  • ice cubes

How to make iced instant coffee:

This one takes less time to make if you have a frother, or a hand mixer.

If you don't have any of these tools in your kitchen, another option would be jar with a lid and shake the coffee mixture until it gets really thick.

Add ice and desired milk. If you want your coffee a little bit strong, you can add less milk to it.

Scoop the coffee into the glass with the ice cubes bad milk.

Note that you can always double the coffee mixture but water has to be equivalent with the instant coffee.

I tried adding more coffee and less water to make mine extra strong but it takes more time to melt all the coffee because there's not enough liquid and a lot of the coffee stuck at the bottom.

Use a straw. Stir. Sip. Enjoy!

Now you can enjoy delicious iced coffee that's easy to make within the comfort of your home.
