Welcome to the world of centralized crypto exchanges😖

The code on your phone is called 2FA (i.e. two-factor authentication) and it's actually not such a bad idea, as it makes it MUCH harder for you to get hacked while on the exchange.

As for your debit card issue, well, I'm not sure about that?

But these centralized crypto exchanges do make it a security nightmare to sign up. Seems they want every bit of your personal information.

I'm sure they'd ask for a DNA sample it they thought customers would oblige 😉
