CoinMarketCap launches iOS application and creates a new logo

On the occasion of its fifth anniversary, CoinMarketCap.com (CMC), the world-renowned website specializing in crypto data, is rebounding in branding and design, with an iOS mobile app and a new logo.

CoinMarketCap's mobile app is out

The first cryptocurrency data website launches its iOS mobile application. Published on Tuesday, May 1st, the app is somewhere a "gift" to users, to mark the 5 years of the launch of CoinMarketCap (CMC).

The application also allows users to sort data in real time, by market capitalization rank, name, price over the last 24 hours or percentage change to press the time.

At 175th position in Alexa's international rankings, CMC contains a lot of information about crypto-currencies including market capitalization, price evolution, trading volume and outstanding offer of 1,602 different crypto-currencies.

Since CoinMarketCap was launched in 2013, cryptocurrency has grown tremendously, with virtual currencies attracting a lot of interest. When it was launched in 2013, CMC had only 7 crypto currencies in the list of currencies with a market capitalization of $ 1.6 billion. Today, the total market capitalization is $ 400 billion.

"Our popularity has also increased. Our Twitter account has reached 424,000 subscribers and we are currently the 174th most visited website in the world, according to Amazon's Alexa with over 60 million unique visits for this year, " wrote CoinMarketCap.

A new logo

The brand image has been updated with a logo, a redesigned interface and an API improved public.
