Well worn fleamarket find Walking Liberty Half Dollars
These babies have lost .7 grams of silver in someones pockets - Use to be around 12.5 grams when minted - worn ones hardley ever drop below 12 grams, but these did - they weigh approximatley 11.7-11.9 grams each.
Might be worn but they sure are pretty!!!

It seems like no matter how worn a silver coin is, you can always see the mint date . It would think that the year would be unrecognizable at some point in the daily use and pocket wear.......Nice add to the stack.
