What should we do if our body is sick?

Hello friends, welcome to my video. How are you, friends? How is everyone? I hope everyone is well and healthy. Today, I am not feeling very well.

My health is somewhat poor. Because I have a severe cold and cough. But that doesnt mean I will just sit home. I always prefer activity, I like to walk around. I believe that if you feel a little unwell, you should try walk around much as your morale and strength allow. As a result, I can recover very easily. I get well quickly.

Many people might just sleep or not leave their room with a slight fever, cold, or cough. I am an exception to that. I don't think one should sit at home when feeling a little sick. One should try to walk a bit as much as possible and sweat out from the body. As a result of that, one can get well very quickly.

Even before, whenever I got sick or have fallen ill, I always try to walk a little or come to the field of work or workplace to do some small tasks. As a result, even a small amount of water flows out from the body. The more you sweat from your body, the faster you will recover.

However, along with that, there is a need for some specific foods. It's advisable to eat vegetables or fruit-based foods. And plenty of fluids. Since I live in Malaysia, I always try drink 100PLUS or plain water. This helps replenish water deficit in my body.

Anyway, friends, I am not feeling very well today, so I dont want make the video any longer. Everyone stay well, stay healthy. Pray for me. Thanks to everyone for being with me.
