Self-interest. In this world, no one ever spends time on anyone else without self-interest—whether it is your own family/loved ones or someone from the outside. A time will come when your usefulness to them ends; then you will see that they will not only distance the relationship but also stop talking to you as much.

A person's importance diminishes along with the self-interest. I believe there are many people in this world who only move around for their own interests. They never find any genuine relationship, nor do they find a true friendship, because they are constantly chasing after self-interest.

Perhaps, if I hadn't come abroad today, I wouldn't have been so aware of these things. After coming abroad, I am realizing step by step how selfish people can be. It could be anyone. It’s not just that only your own relatives or friends will be like this—it's not like that.

There are people who will always stay by your side, but you will never realize that they are maintaining a good relationship with you just to fulfill their own interests. You will think they always wish you well and are your true well-wishers. But these people are actually very dangerous. I believe they should be avoided.

Maybe my words will sound harsh to many, but I am saying this for the sake of awareness. These words are not intended to hurt anyone. You should just stay alert from your own position. Try to stay a little distant from these people. Because a time will come when your utility to them ends, they will reduce communication along with the relationship.
