Am thrilled to engage in the steemit learning challenge week of season 31 under the topic bread making where everyone is entitled to use their hand and prepare a roll bread buns.

What steps are important to make a perfect dough. Have you tried it before?
Making a perfect dough depends on good ingredients, seconded by correct mixing and proper resting.
The floor, yeast,sugar and salt should be very fresh. Talking about milk and water,it should be warm because hot water kill yeast effect.
During yeast activation, it is advisable to leave for 5-10 minutes. This will make it to become foamy. Note if it does not foam, these simply means that the yeast has spoil. This will prevent the dough from rising.
This is my second time, my first time was some month ago, which Steemit challenge accepted a topic called hand on dough. I practice burger bread, the out come was excellent .
Make dinner roll/ bun by using the recipe given in contest or that you like, with a detailed step-by-step procedure along with images.

| Yeast | 10g |
| Warm milk | 1cup |
| Salt | 1tsp |
| Sugar | 1tbsp |
| Oil | 1/4cup |
| Egg | 1 |
Making:
I go in with my warm milk in a pan, yeast, sugar. I mix the ingredients together and cover it with a lid and leave it for 10 min to activate yeast.
After the ten minutes,I added egg ,oil ,flour and salt then I kneed it well for all ingredients to be combined .
Thereafter cover the dough with cling sheet and rest the dough for 2-3hours or until it doubles.
After kneading, I take out dough to counter and stretch it by hands , roll it and stretch it again.
My dough becomes double I knead it to remove air from it and put dust some flour on counter and stretch it again.
I cut the dough in small portion and make balls of equal sizes and place then in a try and cover them with a cloth. I allow the ball to rest for 20min.
I egg wash the dough and since I could not fine seasum seed.I transfer the dough balls in preheated oven at 180°C fr 15-20 min.
After the requested time I take out bread from oven and spread oil bread . Delicious bread is ready to serve.

By keeping in mind few things you can make a perfect bread i.e measure ingredients accurately, proper kneading, resting the dough until it doubles (not time), stretching dough well can give you 90% better results.
