Fresh cabbage vegetable cooking

Cabbage is a winter vegetable. We have planted some cabbage in our vegetable garden and Today I picked some cabbage from the vegetable garden. So today I fried cabbage at home. I thought I would share the cooking recipe with you. I hope you like it.

Here I have taken a few ingredients to cook cabbage. Such as cabbage, chopped green chillies, chopped onion, crushed garlic, whole cumin seeds, salt, turmeric powder and mustard oil etc.

Cooking method:-

So first I chopped the cabbage into small pieces. Then I washed them well.

Then I put a pan on the stove and added the chopped cabbage into the pan. Then I added some chopped green chilies, chopped onion, salt and turmeric powder and then I also added some water. Then I covered it with a lid and cooked it for a while.

After a while, I removed the lid and stirred it well. Then I cooked it again for a while until the cabbage was cooked and the water was drying up. So the water inside the cabbage was drying up and I took it off the stove.

Then I put a pan on the stove again. Then I put some mustard oil in it. When the mustard oil was hot and I added crushed garlic and a little whole cumin. Then I stirred it well and fried it until it turned red.

Then I put the pre-cooked cabbage in it. Then I stirred it for a while and mixed it well. When it was mixed well and I took it off the stove. So my cabbage is completely cooked. Now I took it off the stove.

Finally, I will say that cabbage is a very nutritious vegetable. Which helps in controlling the resistance of various diseases. Also, cabbage helps in digestion, helps in keeping the heart healthy and also helps in reducing the risk of cancer. There are also many other benefits.
