A mountain of pain hidden behind saying 'no'

So I thought a lot, and I realized that the most helpless people in this world are probably those who cannot properly organize and express their inner thoughts. Yes, the saying is very true, "The less one can express his mind, the greater his pain!"

I often think that those who can shout and assert their rights when they are a little angry or proud, or can shed tears in front of everyone and let out all their inner anger, are actually very lucky. After crying or telling someone what is stuck in the corner of my heart, the heavy stone in my chest seems to become lighter in an instant. But there are those people around us who keep their mouths shut even in the face of a hundred hardships. Inside, they may be constantly fighting a huge ocean, but from the outside, there is no way to understand it.

I have seen many people up close whose eyes show that their hearts are writhing in pain. But whenever I go to them and ask, "What's wrong with you? Are you upset?" They say with a very pale and fake smile, "No, it's nothing! I'm fine." Only they know how much pain and loneliness hide behind this "nothing." Even if they want to, they cannot explain their pain to anyone. Because they think that no one will understand their feelings, or maybe they can't find the words. The words get stuck in their throats, and even though their eyes want to burst into tears, they swallow them.

These unspoken words eventually become poison in the mind. As they accumulate, they create a silent pain that cannot be shown to anyone, and cannot be slept on alone. Only the person who goes through this situation day after day knows how terrible and tiring this silent war with oneself every night is.

After thinking a lot, I have understood one thing very well today, that the person who always keeps quiet, who always keeps quiet, lives with a thousand times more pain in his chest than the person who talks about his pain to everyone. Therefore, we should be a little more careful about such silent people around us. Maybe a little trust, a little reliance on us will help them break down the wall of those unspoken words. Maybe their mountain of accumulated pain will be lightened at least a little.
