SEC-S30W3: The things I am thankful for.

You know, the year 2026 is passing by in the blink of an eye. I can't understand how time is passing so quickly, as two months have already passed. The calendar page has turned, and March has arrived, but it seems like I was just making plans for the new year. It was the same day that we all welcomed the new year together. In our busy lives, we always regret what we didn't get. But today,y when I saw the theme of this competition, I thought, is there really nothing for me to be grateful for? After thinking a little deeper, three things came to my mind. So I thought I would share them with them.

My parents and their huge shadow

To be honest, these two people are at the top of the list of gratitude in my life. In today's world, where no one takes a step without self-interest, my parents have selflessly supported me. Yes, I am currently living abroad, but they always guide me. My eyes still get wet when I remember last week. When I was very depressed due to my daily stress, my mother called me and kept explaining to me that to do something good in life, you have to work a little harder. I can't even put into words what she said on the phone. After hearing those words from my mouth, all my tiredness disappeared in an instant. And my father may not talk much about love, but his calm trust still gives me courage in times of need. When I face any problem in this faraway land, he tells me various kinds of understanding. I feel that I am still fine because these two people are still by my side; what greater debt can I have? Their prayers are the greatest strength in my life.

This body can no longer breathe healthily

We don't appreciate health when we are healthy; it's our human nature. But recently, when someone we know suddenly fell ill, I realized anew what a blessing it is to have a healthy body. I am grateful that this morning I was able to see the light of dawn with my own eyes, to walk on my own two feet. When I go to the hospital, I understand how great a luxury it is to be healthy. Even in this scorching sun every day, I can work, to move as I wish. I thank God every day for this health. It is because of my good health that I can write this blog today, right?

Steemit and this place to speak my mind

Finally, the platform I will talk about is Steemit. This is the platform of my long journey. How many words and stories do we have in our common people's minds, but where are the people to listen to them? Steemit gave me that opportunity. Here, I not only write, but I have created my own world. Now I can do some creative work instead of wasting time scrolling through Facebook for hours. And to be honest, the opportunity to earn a little bit from Steemit in this current competitive market is a big backup for me. How many people from different countries I am meeting on this platform, how many new things I am learning—these opportunities make me grateful every day.

Actually, our life is a collection of small joys. If we can be happy with these blessings of our day without waiting for any big miracle, then life becomes much more beautiful. The love of my parents, my good health, and this family of Steemit, these are the three things I am most grateful for right now. Hopefully, the remaining days of 2026 will bring more positivity for all of us.
