The Meaning of Love: Where Waiting is the Ultimate Finding
Assalamu Alaikum, how are you all? I hope everyone is well and healthy. After a long time, a special thing came to my mind in my diary today, which I cannot help but write about. The thing is "Waiting is done by those who love someone from the heart."
Have we ever thought about how heavy the word 'waiting' is in this busy world? In today's era, where everything is available very quickly, it may seem foolish to sit and wait for someone. But believe me, the real meaning of love is hidden in this waiting. When you love someone from the heart, their absence will burn you every moment, and endless waiting is born from that burning. I am sharing a short poem I wrote with you about this feeling:
The hour of waiting
The heart is anxious for your scent.
Every moment of waiting is like a long year,
Still, this heart wants to hear from you.
I know that love does not mean just coming closer,
Waiting means a web woven on the pages of memory.
Where there is no complaint, no rush,
If you want from the heart, how can you be without your loved one?
The cloudy sky and the gentle melody of the rain,
Tell you that you are in the heart, not far away.
When you meet at the end of this hour of waiting,
All sadness will be erased, and no one will be alone.
The name of love is a game of patience and faith,
Waiting tells you - how much neglect love is!
Honestly, it is impossible for a person who does not love someone from the heart to wait for a long time. Because waiting requires a lot of mental strength and immense faith. We often lose patience, but for the one for whom the attraction is spiritual, you cannot think of anyone else except him. Waiting does not mean that you are sitting idly; rather, waiting means that you have reserved a permanent place in your heart for your beloved person.
Finally, I would like to say this: if there is someone in your life for whom you do not hesitate to wait, then understand that your love is very sacred. Loving someone from the heart and being patient with them in these turbulent times - these are both rare qualities. May love live on in such a beautiful way. Until today, everyone will be fine.
