Uncertain lives and unfamiliar faces of familiar people

How are you all? I hope that by the infinite grace of God, you are healthy and well wherever you are. How are you spending your days? Sometimes life brings us to such a crossroads when everything around us seems very unfamiliar. Today, I sat down with my diary to share some of the things that have accumulated in my mind with you. In fact, in these moments of loneliness, when I look at the people and society around me, a sigh escapes my chest.

This world of ours is really strange, and sometimes it seems very dishonest. When we are very happy, it seems that this happiness will never end. But when time begins to change, everything turns upside down. The person you consider the most dear to you today, for whom you are sacrificing everything for yourself—maybe that person will become the cause of your greatest sorrow tomorrow. This changing appearance of people, this fading of the colour of relationships with time—this is the cruel reality of this world.

You know, when I was a child, I used to hear my grandfather say that the world is dishonourable. I couldn't believe it. I used to think that if people loved each other, why would they change? But now, looking at the situation around me, I understand that my grandfather was not wrong. No one can say when something will happen. Today, a millionaire may be a beggar on the street tomorrow. Today, a healthy person may be struggling to breathe in a hospital bed tomorrow. None of us knows what the next minute will be like. Yet, we walk in this uncertain world with so much pride!

Sometimes, standing at a street corner, I see a crowd of people. Hundreds of people, so many busy lives. Everyone is running. Some are after money, some are after fame, and some are just looking for two handfuls of rice a day. But in the midst of all this running, do we ever think that if we never open our eyes again tomorrow, will all this be worth anything? This world doesn't remember anyone. You are loved by everyone today, tomorrow, you will be gone, and after two days, everyone will forget you and start flirting with someone else. This is the law of this world.

The human mind is very strange. It is difficult to believe until you see how quickly people can change for their own interests. When you are in danger, you will see that even your shadow has left your side. The one you trusted the most during the time of danger may be the first to turn away. That is when it seems that the world is really dishonest. Finding selfless love or trust here has now become a golden deer.

How many examples are there before our eyes! The beautifully arranged family that was happy yesterday, today may have all their dreams turned into dust in an accident. This uncertainty is the biggest truth of life. We plan for many years, but our life span may be only a few moments. This world teaches us that there is nothing permanent here. Neither wealth, nor relationships, nor this body.

So sometimes it seems that it is better not to put too much hope in people in this dishonest world. If we are alive, we should try to do something for people, but if we expect to get something in return, we will be sad. Because time and people - you can never imagine when these two things will deceive you.

Actually, life is like a stage. We are all acting here. Some are acting well, some are acting out of love. But when the truth behind the scenes comes to light, our hearts ache. Still, we have to live, we have to spend our days smiling. Only this regret remains in the corner of our hearts - the world is really dishonest, and while settling accounts here, we become much more alone at the end of the day.

Everyone will be fine. Take care of yourself and your loved ones. Because in this uncertain world, there is no guarantee of when we will lose someone. At least as long as we are alive, let us maintain a little love and compassion for each other - this may be our small achievement in this cruel world.
