It's a lantana, actually a pretty common wildflower to see in most of Florida, thanks bud. When does it usually start warming a bit up there for y'all?

The end of March, start of April is when we usually have rainy, but warm-ish weather. This year, we went from cold and snow storms throughout April to just this week hitting the mid-60's. Mother nature seems to be a little bipolar this year.
