Colorchallenge Sunday: Purple

I’ve had a bit of anxiety today. Normally, I get panic attacks. Today I had regular grade anxiety. Why? Because it might snow Tuesday. Yeah... Being a working mom a bump in my schedule can be disastrous. Luckily, I have great parents and a wonderful husband who helped me come up with a contingency plan for if school is closed (very likely here). I think I’ll still be nervous a bit until 5:30 Tuesday evening, but everything is under as much control as I can give it. This is also prompting me to put some effort into trying to create some change in my company when it comes to scheduling regarding school closings. I have some ideas I’m going to float to those that have control. Let’s see where this goes.
I also (as pictured) got on my mat to help with my anxiety. Yoga won’t solve everything, but it will help me understand why I’m so anxious (which is soothing).
