Very well put. I saw the first signs of this process, when I was in the US in 2011, and since then it seem to only get worse. I wrote something similar here if you would like to have a look.
Thank you! I will definitely take a look! The bigger picture is more important than the details at this point. Distraction is key.. like trying to find a needle in a haystack to keep us busy.
