As one of the newer members of the "downunder-ites", I'd have to say that the new "Skippy level 3" requirement is definitely not onerous, and is simple enough to achieve in this fun and friendly community. I totally agree that there should be an expectation that those who benefit from the community (ie from ANZUB upvotes) should be an active part of the community, and this is a great way to gauge that activity. Well done team.

As for the other comments here, such as the issues raised by @buggedout, I'm going to shelter in my n00bieness and plead ignorance, and watch things unfold from the sidelines. 😉
