Help me solve my problem with bittrex. I accept suggestions.

For more than 8 days now, my bittrex account has been blocked, which means that I do not have to make any kind of transaction and that my money can not be moved from one place to another or I can not use it.

I have communicated many times with the support, but apparently they ignore me, they only respond with bot and to date I have not had a solution to my problem

I am really desperate, I really write this here because I accept any suggestion from you to solve my problem.
