Asslam o Alaikum
I woke up in the morning and went to the mosque for Fajr prayer. After offering Fajr prayer, I read the Holy Quran, recited the Quran, and after finishing my prayer, I left for the cemetery. After praying in the cemetery, I went for a walk. After returning from the walk, I took a bath, had breakfast, and went to my work. Now I am sharing my diary game with you. White Biryani is a very delicious, fragrant and lightly spiced dish that is known for its simplicity and sophistication. Its taste is less spicy than regular biryani but more creamy and soft. Yogurt, white chilli and mild spices create a unique and balanced taste in it that melts in the mouth. Due to the less pungent chillies in it, people of all ages can easily eat it.
In terms of aroma, white biryani is very attractive. The coriander, saffron, cardamom and mint used in it create a light but long-lasting aroma. When it is prepared on the stove, its aroma spreads throughout the house and increases the desire to eat.
In terms of efficacy, this biryani is also considered better because it has fewer spices and more digestible ingredients. Yogurt improves the digestive system, while chicken is an excellent source of protein. Due to less oil and mild spices, it is not heavy on the stomach. Thus, white biryani is not only delicious in taste but also proves to be a suitable and balanced diet for health.

(Qurmah) is a traditional and very delicious dish that is made on special occasions. To make it, first the meat (chicken or beef) is washed and cleaned well. Then heat oil or ghee in a pot and add finely chopped onion and fry it until golden brown. Then add ginger garlic paste and fry it well so that it starts to smell good. In the next step, add the meat and fry it on high heat for a few minutes so that the color of the meat changes. Now add yogurt to it and keep stirring continuously so that the yogurt does not crack. Then add salt, red chili, turmeric, coriander powder and hot spices to it and mix well. After that, add a little water and close the lid and let the meat simmer on medium heat. When the meat becomes soft and the gravy starts to thicken, add a little kewra water or rose water to it to make the aroma better. Finally, garnish with green coriander and ginger slices. This makes a delicious qurma that can be served with naan, roti, or rice.
The complete step-by-step method of making qurma is as follows:
First of all, prepare all the ingredients.
Wash and clean the meat (chicken or beef) thoroughly.
Cut the onion into thin slices.
Wash and cut the tomato into small pieces.
Prepare the ginger and garlic paste.
Finely chop the green chillies.
Heat oil or ghee in a pan or wok.
Add the onion to the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
Remove the onion and keep aside and let it cool down a bit.
Add the ginger garlic paste in the same oil and fry it.
Now add the meat and fry it well.
Fry the meat on medium flame till it changes color.
Now add salt as per taste.
Add red chilli powder.
Add turmeric powder.
Add coriander powder and mix the spices well.
Add the tomatoes and cook them till they become soft.
Add a little water when the tomatoes are cooked.
Add the pre-fried onions and mash them with your hands.
This will make the gravy thick and flavorful.
Now mix all the spices well.
Cover the pan and let it cook on low heat.
Keep checking it by stirring it occasionally.
When the meat starts to soften, add a little more water.
Adjust the amount of gravy as per your preference.
Now add the hot spices.
Add green chillies too to enhance the aroma.
Cook on low heat for another 10 to 15 minutes.
When the oil starts to come up, you know that the qurma is ready.
Check the salt and spices again and adjust if necessary.
If the gravy is too thick, add a little water.
If it is too thin, cook it further to thicken it.
Finally, add chopped coriander leaves.
You can also add some ginger julienne if you want.
Cook the qurma on low heat for 5 minutes.
Turn off the stove and close the lid.
Prepare a plate or dish for serving.
Slowly remove the qurma into a dish.
Sprinkle green coriander on top.
You can also serve lemon juice along with it.
Serve naan or chapati with the qurma.
You can also serve it with rice if you want.
Mix the qurma well before eating.
Hot qurma tastes better.
Serve it in a beautiful way for your guests.
Also serve raita to enhance the taste.
Feel the aroma and taste of the qurma while eating.
Every bite is a delight with the combination of spices and meat.
Clean the vessel after eating and save the remaining qurma.
In this way, the delicious and fragrant qurma is ready and ready to be eaten.
