Great topic

Whether it be a quarter or midlife or old age crisis, we all experience a spiritual re assessment at least one point in our lives, some more than others after experiencing more traumatic events as well. Some call it a meltdown or going nuts, but like in Zoolander it's always the question asked: "who am I?". that's why I like this post. apart from being well written and structured!
