To all steemit friends, The smiling selfie contest 1 has ended. And below are our winners.

But before I will announce the winners, I will say a big thank you to all ccommenters. This is a contest where everyone gets something, also the focus is to unite the different people and or participants on the steemit blockchain hence aid faster growth.

The social aspect of steemit seems to be more fun than the monetary aspect though that can't be underestimated.

Winners

As said in earlier post that we will have two winners, besides, one of our judges @smyle has donated 2SBD to increase the prize pool. For fairness, this shall be distributed according to the contest's sharing formula. Thank you @smyle.

Smiling selfie contest 2 begins

This week contest selfie contest only requires you of the following :

1. Read through the steemit blue and whitepaper and write in not more than 100 words on any part you read and digest. This idea it to educate ourselves and the new ones on what steemit entails.

You can choose to write on anything so long as it is as contained in the steemit papers. You can as well interprete it in the way you understand.

2. As usual, take a smiling selfie and upload as a reply to this post along with your 100words.

You can decide to make a post with it and reply with a link to your post. It's accepted.

3. No plagiarism. So ensure it's your work

4. Upvote and resteem this post for more visibility and to possibly increase the prize pool.

5.Keep to rules 1 , 2, 3 and 4.

This contest is open to all levels, be ye, redfishe, minnow, Orca, dolphin, or whale we need to educate ourselves.

Contest shall be open until payout.

Selecting Winners

There will be two winners.

Winner will be rewarded 30% of the total SBD payout plus extra 1 SBD if the share is less than 2SBD.

Runner upwill be rewarded with 20% of the SBD payout plus extra 1SBD if share is less than 1SBD.

Selection criteria

Winners shall be selected base on quality of posts(inclusive of the selfie) Don't forget it's smiling one, and adherence to rules.

Wondering why three judges?
This is to maintain fairness, perhaps one may be busy, so avoid delay in announcing the winners.
