100 Days of Poetry Challenge Update for Day 35
100 Days of Poetry Challenge
-----Update [Day 35]-----
Winners of Days 27–30 announced!(Week 4 winners as well)
Introduction
Greetings to all! Welcome to the update for Day 35 along our 100 day journey. It officially began at 6 PM GMT on April 10th. We are now over ⅓ of the way through the challenge!
Changes to challenge operation & reminders
The biggest reminder is that for our Thursday Critique Class this week (and from here on out) if you want to get a piece looked at you need to leave some critique yourself on a poem of your choosing on Steemit by Wednesday at 12 PM GMT (UTC.) Then you should post a link to your comment on Guy's Critique Thursday post here, or DM it to either one of us in Discord. This is open to anyone, not just poets in the challenge, as everything in our live classes is. Here is the relevant chunk of info from his post:
For future classes, people who wish to have a poem critiqued will have to leave a critique on another poem between Thursday 7 PM UTC after the class ends, and Wednesday Noon UTC the day before next class (7 PM UTC, April 5th, to Noon UTC, April 11th, for next class). Links to the critique left (must be in English, on a poem written in English) must be left as comments on this post, or DMed to me or Daniel on Discord, by Wednesday Noon UTC, so I could go over them before class.
He goes on to state that you will be assessed on your own level of critique, so as long as it is a good enough effort it will be counted. People often feel they are not "qualified" to give critique for any number of reasons, but this is a myth. You can make a valuable contribution regardless of your level of experience, so please give it a try!
Daily winners
Day 27–30 winners are announced! Here are the winners arranged in a table. Below that I'll list the weekly winners for Week 4 (22–28.)Week 4
Days (22–28)Beginner — @ayahkasih
"Armageddon Aftermath"Intermediate — @zeleiracordero
"Moon Creature"Advanced — @marlyncabrera
"Love Me Dumb Love"Class
We haven't had an official lecture class recently, but feel free to comment or message me about what topics you would like to see explored. We have been sharing pieces of published poets and each other. In two days will be our weekly Thursday Critique class. I'd really recommend you to leave some critique by tomorrow at noon UTC so that you can participate. It's a very rewarding process!
Tomorrow will most likely be another freeform class where we look at published poets towards the beginning and share our pieces at the end. Join us in the Steem schools discord from 5-7 pm GMT. https://discord.gg/yZvYjfM.

Thanks for sharing a good post bro.
Thank you all for your consideration of my humble work. I'm lucky to be rewarded for doing something I love; I'm really fond of haiku. Thanks @d-pend; this is beautiful:
This makes me want to stay forever here ♥
Congratulations to all winners, specially to @sansoncarrasco and @zeleiracordero.

Best wishes to poetry contest winners .

Congratulations to all the winners:)
I will try my best to participate more actively, Sir. Of recent, my mil who is in final stage of dementia is really violent in behaviour and am not able to devote myself to steemit. Thank you for the pains you take to run this contest. God bless
